Walking Across El Paso
Offering Help-Hope-Healing to Victims of Crime
District Attorney, Jaime Esparza, crime victims, and victim advocates will walk 22 miles across El Paso on Sun., Oct. 19, 2008 to alert thousands of crime victims that law enforcement, advocacy and service groups, as well as other crime victims are joining forces to offer Help, Hope, and Healting to every victim of crime in the El Paso region.
Along the 22-mile trek, the group will be joined for 2-mile intervals by victim advocates from the Center Against Family Violence, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, STARS, El Paso Police Dept., and many other help organizations
