Victor Hernández
A Voice Drowned Out in a Stadium of Voices
Born September 5th in 1974, Victor Hernández rejoins the El Paso community, after several years sojourn in Houston, as a lost and wandering soul like so many other newborns. He was directed towards the arts in early years and now nothing else seems to matter except freedom of expression through the arts.
