OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT LARRY MEDINA FOR EL PASO COUNTY JUDGE

Larry M. Medina will be joined by family, friends and supporters to officially announce his candidacy for El Paso County Judge at the site of the Alamito Housing Community (projects) where he lived as a child.

“Just as I rose from the projects to become a successful businessman and elected public official, I want to help the community to rise above its recent history. I plan to lead all of El Paso County, including the city and smaller towns and communities to a successful and corruption-free future,” says Medina.

Larry Medina is the best qualified and most experienced candidate for County Judge because he is a businessman who founded his own successful businesses and a public official whose initiatives such as the anti-smoking ordinance adopted by the City of El Paso have had an impact both within and far beyond El Paso County.

Larry Medina’s platform includes ending corruption throughout the community, controlling taxes and spending, ensuring public safety and supporting programs that are essential to the community. His campaign will bring together “a new coalition” of supporters from every corner of El Paso County and from all socio-economic levels.

“It’s time to involve the entire community in determining the future of El Paso and to pay attention to the concerns and interests of the working people and small businesses of the community, rather than just the whims of special interests, political factions and cultural elites,” says Medina.

The official announcement of the Larry Medina for El Paso County Judge campaign will be followed in the near future by a series of events and rallies to be announced and by the beginning of personal visits by the candidate to all of the neighborhoods of El Paso County.
