The digital divide

 The recent controversy surrounding the “DTV Border Fix Act" got me thinking about how I would not be the person I am today if it wasn’t for the fact that television doesn’t stop at the border. The change over to digital television next year will affect people on both sides of the border in ways that are not immediately apparent.
