Fear and loathing fuel stormwater ballot issue by David Crowder
District 2 city Rep. Susie Byrd fears that if the language is not changed, voters will misunderstand the meaning of the decision they are making, and she is not alone. But members of the group that circulated the petition that put the initiative on the ballot, along with at least two members of City Council, distrust any change in the wording, especially if it is supported by Byrd.

El Paso’s own heavyweight boxer, David Rodriguez, captured the NABA Heavyweight title on Sat., March 14 in Torreon, Mexico. The undefeated Rodriguez scored a 7th round knockout against Alberto Manuel Pucheta of Argentina. EPMag spoke with Rodriguez just before the big fight.
