 Last week, Maria’s parents had to get their visa renewed. My dad picked them up and they stayed with us. Before they left, they bought me a bamboo plant so I remember them. They talk about Karla as if she was part of their family. They are now part of ours.

Rain+hill=flooding and $500,000 bill
