Garbage takeover?

 The city is studying whether to restart its Northeast El Paso dump, a move that might take business away from the Camino Real landfill. In addition, part of the study will include the possibility of the city getting back into the commercial waste business.

 RFID, Radio Frequency Identification, those little metal circuit stickers the stores put on stealables -- they're all over the place. As technology advances, our expectations of privacy dwindle. Orwellian totalitarianism is a technological baby step away.
