6. The 41st District Court requests approval to go into an agreement with the Wyndham El Paso Airport Hotel to reserve sixteen rooms for its jury panel to be sequestered beginning April 21, 2008. This is a Capital Murder trial (State of Texas vs. David Renteria, #20020D00230) that is estimated to take two-three weeks. The actual cost of the hotel is $16,896.00 since the county is tax exempt.
