Willie Ray Parish Inspires El Paso Skaters, Hopefully
The City of El Paso Public Art Program invited the public to the dedication and unveiling of Sky Boulder, a sculptural park designed by local artist Willie Ray Parish, located on the corner of Alabama and Harrison. In this video, Parish talks about what he hopes the skateboarders that visit the park will do with the work.
